After serving my country for 20 years, I became an insurance agent after losing my stepfather unexpectedly and helping my mother determine her options concerning Medicare. After working for other agencies for over four years, I ventured out on my own. I started my agency to simplify the process, provide a client-centered approach, and customize options for our clients. 

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

We realize the one-size-fits-all approach needs to be revised. We take the time to ask questions to find out the most critical needs and concerns for each individual, family, or business. We examine the options available based on our client's interest. Working with individual health, Medicare, dental, or vision, we guide clients along the process. We ask to sit on the same side of the table as a teammate compared to the opposite side of the table as a salesperson.


 Our underwriting process for life, long term care, and disability insurance is unique and successful. We place over 85% of our offers the first time. What this means to you is getting an accurate quote upfront. We have industry-leading information to assist clients through the underwriting process. Our clients welcome the nurse to their homes, knowing what to expect upfront. We prepare and guide during each step of the process.


 Our group benefits approach is just as unique. First, we meet with the employer and any decision-maker to address the elephant in the room—turnover. Between 68% and 72% of employees rely on their employer-sponsored benefits to prepare for their retirement. Employers want to reduce their largest expense while controlling their costs. We offer face-to-face or phone consultations during enrollment to answer employee questions and ensure they select the best option. 

 

One of the proudest services we provide is reviews of current policies anyone may have. We provide a current picture of a policy, even if we aren't the agent who wrote the policy. We work with carriers to update beneficiary information. Most importantly, our clients don't call a 1-800 number, they reach out to our office for answers.
